The Copyright of the drawings and designs that appear herein belongs to Los Cogollitos ® S.L. and/or Hampa Studio S.L. This Copyright covers all the operating rights of these intellectual creations and all the rights to their reproduction, distribution and transformation, which may not be carried out without the companies’ express authorisation.

’Reproduction’ is understood to mean placing the artwork in a medium that allows it to be communicated and obtaining partial or full copies of it.

’Transformation’ is understood to mean any kind of modification to the form of the work that gives rise to a different work.

The reproduction, plagiarism, distribution or public dissemination of any of these works without the express authorisation of Los Cogollitos ® S.L. and/or Hampa Studio S.L. represents an offence of the type specified in Section One of Chapter XI of Title XIII of the Spanish Penal Code, articles 270 and following, which regulate "offences against intellectual and industrial property rights, markets and consumers". People who commit these kinds of offences may incur prison sentences of up to four years as well as the fines relating to the different civil liability cases that may arise as a result of their perpetration.

Likewise, copyright is protected at international level by the Berne Convention, the Geneva Universal Copyright Convention, the Paris Union Convention and the Montevideo Convention, all of which have been ratified by Spain.
